Ingredients:
Prepare Coffee Mixture:
-Instant coffee 5 tbs
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 4 tbs
-Hot water 2-3 tbs
Prepare Strawberry Cloud:
-Whipping cream ½ Cup
-Strawberry syrup 2-3 tbs
Assembling:
-Strawberry jam whisked 2-3 tbs
-Ice cubes as required
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
Direction:
Prepare Coffee Mixture:
-In a bowl, add coffee, fine sugar, hot water, beat on medium speed for 5-6 minutes or until fluffy, coffee mixture is ready! Set aside
Prepare Strawberry Cloud:
-In another bowl, add whipping cream, beat on high speed for 5-6 minutes or until fluffy.
-Add strawberry syrup, mix well until well combined, strawberry cloud is ready!
Assembling:
-In a serving glass, add strawberry jam, coffee mixture, ice cubes, milk, then pipe out strawberry cloud & serve!
